Review: Leon and Louise - Alex Capus

A love story told in the unique French flair ease ...
_
midst of both a socially and politically difficult time two young people discover their love for each other.
_
The story begins at the funeral of the protagonist. His grandson described the events in the life of his grandfather in a comprehensive and impressive review. Leon and Louise learn during the first World War II know and love. Due to unfortunate circumstances they are separated and hold each other to death. Only after 10 years, they meet by chance in a Paris Metro. Léon, who is already married and started a family embarks on a search for yet Louise. His wife Yvonne wants them investigated in order thus to provide clarity.
Leon and Louise find themselves and seem to be as familiar as the years before their separation. Enjoy the time together, but then decide not to change her life. Once again they go their separate ways.
the first old age, they meet again. It is a first meeting between the two women in Léons life. Leon and Louise eventually lead a common life at the age of 62, after the death of Yvonne's.
_
A book that made me aufgwühlt morally. Leon, Louise love remains very aware of the marriage to Yvonne. Yvonne suffers only a minor role to play in the life of her husband and seeks confirmation in an emotional affair.
separation barrier seems previously solely an arithmetic inflows are:
_ "It was simply not enough time to spend with someone else in another double to as many nights as they had spent together." _
Why this great delusion?
Why not live a love that can be lived?
_
Alex Capus writes most impressively, the two characters by presenting them one by one. As a reader, you get detailed information so that all important personal characteristics can be decoded quickly. A parallel with nature is very interesting. The book reads very well and one gets the impression that the years then fly only pretending. It hovers between the times of separation, of being together, the total removal and reunification.
_
conclusion.
The book encourages deep reflection on one's own feelings and his own love.
is positive that real relationships bluntly be described realistically in an artful ease of narration.
